Water Damage and Repair in Flushing, NY

Our customer has a small water Damage at one of their rental properties and called upon us to help them out in this situation. This basement in Flushing, NY suffered water damaged from a sink supply line on the main level of the home.

Water saturated a portion of the wall, ceiling, and insulation in the laundry room. We went in and removed all the affected building materials, cleaned the entire area and then proceeded to treat it the affected area with a germicide. Upon completion of the cleaning process we set up a LGR dehumidifier and a few air movers to dry out the structural components of the affected area.

Insulation was replaced, new ceiling tiles were installed, drywall replaced on the walls, new light fixture installed, and then we painted the area. As per our customer the area looked better then it did before the damage ever happen.
